How do instant orthodontics work?

Instant orthodontics corrects the appearance of crooked and crowded teeth with the use of either natural looking porcelain veneers or white dental bonding. For veneers, your teeth will be carefully re-surfaced to receive the veneers, and we will permanently affix natural looking porcelain veneers to them, giving you straight, bright, natural looking teeth. Alternatively, dental bonding can do the same thing, but will not look quite as perfectly like natural enamel.

Is instant orthodontics right for me?

In many cases of crooked or crowded teeth, instant orthodontics offers a quick, effective alternative to traditional orthodontic procedures. If the teeth are too severely crooked or crowded, braces would be needed. Dr. Austin can determine which way to go when he sees you in your free personal consultation.

Is the procedure safe?

Yes. The procedure is non-invasive, so the risks are minimal.

Will it hurt?

You may experience slight discomfort during the procedure, but we will give you a local anesthetic, so any discomfort will be very minor.

How long will my porcelain veneers last?

Properly maintained, you can expect your porcelain veneers to last as long as fifteen years.
