Eric Newell is very excited to join Dr. Austin and the cosmetic team at Gateway Dental Arts, and to work close with you to create that world class smile that is not only beautiful but long lasting.
Eric has been making smiles for more than 20 years, and was awarded Certified Dental Technician status in 1993. He has worked and trained with many renowned dental ceramists and educators and has graduated from The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Orognathic Bioesthetics International, the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, and Interdisciplinary Dental Education Academy. Eric has been a clinical instructor for Ivoclar, one of the largest and most cutting edge manufacturing companies in the world, where he trained other ceramists on the latest materials and techniques of smile design.
Eric’s work has been awarded top honors and a “Best of Show” at the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s International Smile Gallery and has published articles in peer-reviewed dental periodicals.
